About Shepherd’s Stream

Founded by Richard Frazier, Shepherd’s Stream is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) public charity and Washington State nonprofit corporation dedicated to glorifying the Triune God and empowering local churches to fulfill the Great Commission. Rooted in a profound reverence for God's authority and a dedication to the spiritual resilience of the local church, this platform was built to ensure that no congregation—regardless of size or budget—is left behind in the digital age. This ministry is the result of a firm conviction: technology should serve the Great Commission, equipping local churches to strengthen or rebuild their congregations through active, localized community outreach, while also serving as a powerful tool for pastors to shepherd the flock they have been entrusted with.

No previous generation has been blessed with the means of mass communication like ours, and Shepherd’s Stream is dedicated to removing the technical and financial barriers of modern outreach.
