Live Streaming Usage
Usage & Purpose: Shepherd’s Stream Membership provides unlimited streaming capacity, intentionally designed to support the mission of the local church. To ensure the integrity of our resources for all members, use of this service is strictly limited to the broadcasting of official Church Services and Ministry-related events.
Prohibited Use: This service is not intended for continuous 24/7 "looping" broadcasts, commercial entertainment, or non-ministry related content.
Account Monitoring: While there are no hard minute caps on official services, Shepherd’s Stream reserves the right to review accounts that exhibit usage patterns inconsistent with standard ministry schedules. Accounts found to be utilizing the platform for purposes outside of live church services may be subject to temporary suspension or review to preserve bandwidth quality for the entire community.
Biblical Authority and Standards of Conduct
Statement of Final Authority: Shepherd’s Stream is a ministry founded upon the conviction that the Holy Bible is the divinely inspired, infallible Word of God and serves as the final and absolute authority on all matters of faith, morality, and conduct. All services provided by Shepherd’s Stream are intended to facilitate the "Great Commission" (Matthew 28 ) and must align with these foundational biblical principles.
Biblical Standards of Marriage and Sexuality: In accordance with our sincere religious beliefs and our interpretation of Holy Scripture, we recognize marriage as a sacred covenant ordained by God, defined exclusively as the union of one biological man and one biological woman. We adhere to the biblical teaching that any sexual activity outside of this specific definition of marriage is inconsistent with God’s design.
Content Alignment: Shepherd’s Stream reserves the right to refuse service to, or remove content from, any individual or organization that promotes doctrines, lifestyles, or messages that we deem to be in direct contradiction to these biblical standards. This includes, but is not limited to, the promotion of views on marriage, gender, and sexuality that deviate from the traditional biblical definitions stated herein. We assert that this regulation of content is an exercise of our Free Speech and Free Exercise rights under the First Amendment, intended to preserve our platform as a Non-Public Forum for Christian ministry.
Sole Discretion: The Board of Directors (or designated leadership) of Shepherd’s Stream serves as the final arbiter on the interpretation of Scripture as it applies to the platform's community standards. Use of the platform constitutes an acknowledgment of and agreement to these standards.

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security. We may monitor and review the Content on the Website submitted or created using our Services by you. You grant us permission to access, copy, distribute, store, transmit, reformat, display and perform the Content of your user account solely as required for the purpose of providing the Services to you. Without limiting any of those representations or warranties, we have the right, though not the obligation, to, in our own sole discretion, refuse or remove any Content that, in our reasonable opinion, violates any of our policies or is in any way harmful or objectionable. Unless specifically permitted by you, your use of the Website and Services does not grant us the license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish or distribute the Content created by you or stored in your user account for commercial, marketing or any similar purpose.

We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Fair Usage
Shepherd's Stream is committed to providing robust resources for the Church. To ensure the sustainable stewardship of our nonprofit’s resources, we have established the following usage guidelines: (a) Sermon Streaming: We are pleased to offer unlimited live streaming for Sermons only. A "Sermon" is defined as the primary message delivered during a regular church worship service. This unlimited provision is a ministry of Shepherd’s Stream intended to ensure the Word of God is accessible without restriction. (b) Prohibited Use of Sermon Stream: The unlimited sermon streaming service may not be used for other types of broadcasts, including but not limited to:
- Bible Studies or Small Group meetings;
- Conferences, Workshops, or Multi-day Seminars;
- Music-only events or concerts;
- General administrative or secular meetings.
(c) Shepherd’s Stream Meeting Manager: For all non-sermon broadcasts (such as Bible studies, conferences, or meetings), users must utilize the Shepherd’s Stream Meeting Manager. Use of the standard "Sermon Stream" for these interactive or instructional purposes is considered a violation of our Fair Usage Policy. (d) Legitimate Use Practices: The following practices are strictly prohibited:
- Uploading or streaming content not affiliated with the user's church;
- Sharing subscriptions or account access with unaffiliated organizations;
- Misrepresenting non-sermon content as a "Sermon" to circumvent usage guidelines.
(e) Enforcement and Stewardship: As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we operate on a model of Biblical Stewardship. We reserve the right to monitor stream types to ensure compliance. Accounts found using the unlimited Sermon Stream for non-sermon events may be suspended or required to utilize the Shepherd’s Stream Meeting Manager exclusively for those activities. We reserve the right to be the sole arbiter in determining what constitutes a "Sermon" under this policy.
Directory listing submission
Shepherd's Stream reserves the right to review and approve all directory listing submissions to ensure they align with our nonprofit religious mission. We reserve the right to refuse or remove any directory listing submitted based on the following criteria: (a) Denominational Alignment: Currently, Shepherd’s Stream hosts and supports a wide variety of Christian denominations. While we maintain a robust list of approved denominations on shepherdsstream.org, we reserve the right to add to, remove from, or modify this list at any time and at our sole and absolute discretion. Organizations not currently represented may be considered for inclusion based on our ongoing evaluation of their alignment with our Biblical standards and our Statement of Final Authority. (b) Faith Standard: Any submission must be of the Christian faith. We reserve the right to refuse any listing that promotes doctrines, practices, or values that we deem—in our sole and absolute discretion—to be in direct contradiction to the Holy Bible or the Westminster Larger Catechism. (c) Ministry Integrity: We reserve the right to be the sole arbiter in determining whether an organization’s mission and public presence are consistent with the reputation and religious integrity of Shepherd’s Stream.
